INDVENTURE HOLIDAYS AND RESORT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all memberships, holiday packages, vacation ownership plans, promotional offers, and related services offered by Indventure Holidays and Resort India Private Limited (“Company”).
By purchasing any membership, package, or service from the Company, the customer/member agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. COOLING-OFF PERIOD / 7 DAYS REFUND POLICY
The customer/member may request cancellation of the purchased membership or holiday package within Seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase/agreement execution.
In such cases, the Company shall process the refund after deduction of applicable charges including but not limited to:
* Payment Gateway Charges
* Banking Transaction Charges
* Legal Documentation Charges
* Agreement / Stamp Paper Charges
* Processing & Administrative Charges
* GST and Government Taxes (if applicable)
The remaining eligible amount shall be refunded through the original mode of payment within 7 to 15 working days after approval of the cancellation request.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER 7 DAYS
After completion of the 7-day cooling-off period, the membership/package shall be considered confirmed and activated.
In such cases:
* Membership fees may become partially refundable or non-refundable depending upon service utilization.
* Any promotional benefits, complimentary stays, vouchers, discounts, or holiday usage availed by the customer shall be adjusted/deducted from the refund amount.
* If any hotel/resort booking has already been confirmed, booking cancellation charges shall additionally apply.
The final refund amount shall be solely determined by the Company management after verification of the account and service utilization.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE COMPONENTS
The following charges shall remain strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
* Payment Gateway Charges
* Legal & Documentation Charges
* Stamp Duty Charges
* Government Taxes & GST
* Administrative / Processing Charges
* Used Holiday Benefits
* Confirmed Booking Charges
* Third-Party Vendor Charges
* EMI / Finance Partner Charges

4. EMI / FINANCE CASES
If the customer has purchased the membership under EMI or finance options:
* All pending dues/EMIs must be cleared before processing any cancellation.
* Interest, finance charges, and banking charges imposed by the finance partner shall remain non-refundable.
* Refund processing shall begin only after clearance confirmation from the finance institution.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
However, in certain banking or technical situations, the timeline may extend depending upon banking procedures and payment gateway settlement cycles.

6. MODE OF CANCELLATION REQUEST
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the Company’s official registered email ID along with:
* Membership ID
* Registered Mobile Number
* Payment Proof
* Valid Government ID Proof
* Reason for Cancellation
No verbal cancellation request shall be considered valid.

7. COMPANY RIGHTS
The Company reserves the right to:
* Reject fraudulent or misleading claims
* Deduct utilized benefits and service costs
* Verify all submitted documents before approval
* Suspend/refuse refund requests in case of policy violations or misuse

8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-availability caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic situations, strikes, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

9. FINAL AUTHORITY
The final decision regarding cancellation approval, refund eligibility, deductions, and processing shall remain solely with Indventure Holidays and Resort India Private Limited management.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By signing the membership agreement or making payment towards any membership/package, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
